The Best Scrambled Eggs Ever

This week  I have been in an eggy mood when it comes to breakfast, and have decided to show you my favorite recipe. It is SUPER easy, just follow along with me.

INGREDIENTS:

3-4 fresh eggs
milk
(optional- from what I have heard, milk is supposed to make eggs lighter and fluffier.)
shredded cheese
salt & pepper to taste

BEFORE STARTING turn stovetop between low-medium

Crack eggs in a small bowl, then add 1-2 tbsp milk. If just want the egg white, try doing this easy trick to seperate the yolk from the white.

In the same bowl, beat eggs BY HAND for 30 seconds.

Put PAM or butter on pan then pour egg mixture in pan. Constantly stir to make sure it does not stick to inside of pan. As the egg starts to harden, put shredded cheese in and stir.

Add fresh herbs and salt & pepper to taste.

ENJOY!

Seperating the Yolk from the White- Easy Bottle Trick

You can try sifting, funneling or dripping to seperate your yolk from the white, but NOTHING is as quick and easy as this bottle trick.
It works best if the eggs are cold, since warm eggs are more prone to the yolk breaking.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Empty out a plastic water bottle and dry.

Squeeze the middle of the bottle, put it over the yolk, then slowly release the pressure of your hand.

The yolk should start to make its way up into the bottle. Once it is all the way in, quickly tilt the bottle upwards to 'cut' the yolk from the white.

You should be left with just the yolk in the bottle...

And VOILA! A perfectly seperated yolk! Easy right?

Now cook and enjoy your farm fresh eggs!
